GreatDissertation.com provides various  writing services.  The customer agrees that such works are the property of GreatDissertation.com and are protected by current copyright law as well as intellectual property regulations.  Written products ordered by the customers are to be used only as model writing which the customer is originally producing.  The customer agrees to follow the policy of GreatDissertation.com: no product ordered and received by the customer from GreatDissertation.com will be submitted without proper source referencing.  The customer will further  not use any products from GreatDissertation.com for commercial purposes since this will mean violation of  additional law and subject the customer to legal action.  GreatDissertation.com does not promote  any form of academic cheating or plagiarism.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of GreatDissertation.com products, modified or unmodified.

Indemnification

The customer shall not accuse GreatDissertation.com  in any  legal action or other negative consequences incurred as a result of use/misuse of our products and/or services.  The customer further agrees to stay behind GreatDissertation.com should GreatDissertation.com be named in any legal actions.  If the customer shall brake any provision of the Terms and Conditions total indemnification does apply.

Refund Policy  of GreatDissertation.com

We will do complete refund  as soon as possible if:

• Plagiarism has been detected  and proved  by the customer
• If no suitable writer was found for your order

SWREG and Plimus services that  we use for secure transactions reserve their rights to make any Refund or Cancellation without the prior knowledge or consent of GreatDissertation.com. 

Communication

The customer accepts complete  responsibility for providing GreatDissertation.com with a correct e-mail address and a  telephone number for communication.  Generalized notices shall be posted on the GreatDissertation.com website and any  personal communication with each customer shall be hold via e-mail. Termination of Order

Occasionally, GreatDissertation.com may determine that the  order has to be terminated.  If this event should occur the customer shall be notified accordingly and a full refund shall follow.  GreatDissertation.com in all instances, attempts to follow all the instructions given by a client and will terminate an order if it is unable to do so.

In the event a client believes that his/her initial guidelines have not been followed during the order fulfillment, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify GreatDissertation.com of the issue within 48 hours of receipt of the product.  If GreatDissertation.com’s writer failed to fulfill the task according to the original instructions of the customer, GreatDissertation.com shall qualify the product as  not appropriate.  If the customer does not contact GreatDissertation.com within 48 hours, the sale is considered final, and any revisions later requested by the customer shall only be made at additional cost.  The client may not alter instructions after the final product was received without additional payment.
